This Bar-coding system is 99.8% accurate and virtually eliminates shortages. It also gives us the exact specifications of the history of each garment. For example: how many times a garment has been washed, repaired etc.

This automated wash room creates the cleanliness needed to do the total job. All items are sorted and weighed before they even begin their wash cycle. Each washer and dryer is equipped with its own internal computer that calculates the exact amount of chemicals or time that load is washed or dried by the weight and garment style it has in it. This in turn gets the customers garments as clean as possible and extends the life of each garment.
